Making a Purchase

Shopping with BeautyTrend is easy. Simply browse our products, add the items you would like to your basket and proceed to Checkout when you’re ready to place your order.

We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely at checkout, and your card provider may convert the payment into your local currency if you are shopping from outside the UK.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. This does not by itself mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the goods are available and ready to be dispatched. If there is an error in the price, product information or availability, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed or cancel.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, and any payment taken will be refunded.

Shipping And Handling

We use a range of established delivery partners, including Evri, Royal Mail, UPS and DPD, selecting the most suitable service based on your destination and the size of your order.

Where available, deliveries are tracked and proof of delivery is obtained, helping us monitor your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the delivery with the relevant courier and work with you to resolve the issue as quiethodsckly as possible.

Delivery & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders placed before our daily processing time the same working day.

UK deliveries are normally received within 1–3 working days, although delivery times can vary depending on the service selected and your location. International deliveries are generally received within 6 working days, although this can vary by destination and customs.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available. If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.

Prices

All prices shown on our website are in UK pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. In the unlikely event of an error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment must be made before your order is dispatched.
