Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 4/5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Our prices are inclusive and they are only subject to the addition of post & packing charges - where applicable. Delivery Schedule UK Standard Delivery will normally be 3 to 4 working days - after confirmed receipt of your order. We would advise all our customers to allow a up to 10 working days for receipt of goods - after order confirmation - to avoid disappointment.
Recorded Delivery This service offers the same delivery time-span as our standard service. However, we recommend this service if you are sending the goods as a gift to a friend or relative as signature is gained against a 'parcel tracking number' and as such we can be assured delivery has taken place. We will apply this delivery option as a minimum level if you are requesting delivery to your works / alternative address. Please note - even in the case of standard delivery being selected when a different delivery address is in place - your delivery charge will be the minimum of recorded service. and this will be applied prior to order dispatch.
Special Delivery will normally be 3 to 4 working days after order confirmation. This method offers a faster delivery time-span.
Overseas Delivery normally 10 to 20 working days - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
